Broccoli on the Grill
Ingredients
1 head of broccoli or broccoli spears
Grated parmesan cheese
1/2 of a sweet onion
1 Garlic clove
Butter
Salt
Pepper
Tin Foil
Directions
Butter the tin foil generously
Cut broccoli into individual spears or you can buy broccoli already cut into spears.
Place broccoli on buttered tin foil
Cut onion into large slices and add to tin foil
Cut garlic clove into large pieces and add to tin foil
Sprinkle broccoli, onion and garlic with salt and pepper
Add two slices of butter on top of vegetable mixture
Sprinkle a generous amount of parmesan cheese over mixture, not need to saturate
Close in the tin foil so the vegetable mixture is completely covered
Place on center of the grill and cook for 5 min or until tender.
Note: I use this recipe for all vegetables I cook on the grill. Noting, I'm not a big fan of onions or garlic, therefore I cut pieces large enough to eat around, but have the broccoli engrossed with their flavors.

Asparagus Wrapped in Prosciutto

1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon capers
Fresh ground pepper
12 medium asparagus spears
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Salt
12 thin slices prosciutto
12 thin slices of Pecorino Romano cheese
Directions
Preheat the grill
Mix together lemon juice, olive oil and capers in a bowl. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Drench the asparagus in the mixture and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Wrap a piece of prosciutto around each spear. Top with cheese and grill until tender

Grilled Peaches in Honey Butter
Ingredients
4 Peaches cut and halved
1/2 stick Unsalted Butter
1/4 cup honey
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoon cinnamon
Directions
Marinade peaches in honey butter recipe for 10-30 min.
Place peaches directly on grill: cover grill: and cook until charred and softened; 4 to 5 minutes per side.
Honey Butter Recipe
Melt together butter, sugar and cinnamon in microwave for 45 seconds or until fully melted down.
Add honey and whisk together until fully mixed.

Trent's Grilled Pizza
Ingredients
Pizza Dough (You can buy it from your local favorite Deli, Easy and Cheap!)
Tomatoes
1/2 Cup Sharp Cheddar
1/2 Cup Mozzarella
1/2 Cup Parmesean
1/2 Sliced and already cooked Turkey Pepperonis
1 Grilled/cooked Chicken Apple Sausage
2 cooked Asparagus
Directions
Roll out the dough, make sure you do this in flour, so the dough does not stick to the grill.
Place the dough onto the grill and cover over medium heat around 3 minutes each side, or until golden brown on both sides.
Place sliced tomatoes on the pizza and smash until covered like a sauce
Take the pizza off the grill and add all of your ingredients.
Start with Mozzarella cut and sliced, parmesan, pepperonis, sausage, asparagus and end with Sharp Cheddar cheese over all ingredients.
Place pizza back on the grill for 2 min or until all of the cheese is melted.
Let cool for 5 min, and serve!
