Edible Sunflower
Ingredients
1 Package of red grapes (seedless, better for kids)
1 8oz block of cheese (I prefer sharp cheddar)
1 Celery stick (make sure it has leaves attached)
Directions
Take cheese block and slice into half diagonal triangle. The photo shown is 28 cheese petals. Lay one row of cheese petals to form an empty circle (where you will put the grapes) then lay another layer of petals in between the bottom layer of petals. For the stem cut a celery stick into 3-4 inches. Use the celery leaf as the sunflower leaf. NOTE: You can also make the edible sunflower into individual snacks, just cut down the ingredients :)

Homemade PopTarts!
Ingredients
Preheat oven to 400
1 Pie Crust (store bought or make your own dough)
Jam of your flavor (I used strawberry)
Vanilla Frosting (or depending on the insides frosting of your choice)
Cinnamon or Sprinkles (or both!)
Directions
Roll out the pie crust and bathe each side with flour.
Cut off the sides of the rolled out pie crust and cut into a large square.
Cut the pie crust into 8 even rectangles.
Cover 4 of the cut out rectangles with the jam or filling of your choice
Cover those 4 pieces with the remaining cut out pie rectangles.
Stick your homemade pop-tarts in the oven for 7-10 min. I flipped the pop-tarts over half way thru so they would become brown on each side.
When they are golden brown take them out and immediately glaze the pop-tarts with frosting, it will melt but that is good. After the pop-tarts cool off glaze the pop-tarts again with frosting and sprinkle with cinnamon or sprinkles.
Serve warm. Enjoy!
